Welcome to Healing Meets! By accessing our website and joining our online community, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate (aliases allowed for anonymity).

  • Be respectful and supportive in discussions.

  • No sharing of offensive, harmful, or misleading content.

  • No uploading of files or media - text-based discussions only.

  • Any violation may result in account suspension or removal.

  • We do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or counseling.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Healing Meets is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from interactions on the platform.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our services.
     

5. User Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your conduct and contributions in the community.

  • Do not share personal information you wish to keep private.
     

6. Data & Privacy

  • By using Healing Meets, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

  • We collect minimal personal information for account creation and community management.
     

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our rules or misuse the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws where Healing Meets operates. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws in their region.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Healing Meets, we aim to provide a safe, responsible and supportive consultation space. We understand that plans may change, and this policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, rescheduling and refunds across all paid consultation-based services, including 1-on-1 astrology sessions and therapy sessions.

By booking a session with us, you agree to comply with the terms below.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Minimum Notice: Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a full refund or complimentary rescheduling.

  • Late Cancellation (within 24 hours):

    • Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.

    • Rescheduling may be permitted at the discretion of Healing Meets, based on availability and reason for the request.

  • No-Show:

    • If the client does not attend the scheduled session without prior notice (no-show), no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

3. Refund Policy

  • Eligible Refunds:

    • Full refund is applicable only when cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Refund Processing Time:

    • Refunds will be processed within 2–5 working days from the date the cancellation request is approved.

    • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.

  • Non-Refundable Scenarios:
    Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

    • Client enters incorrect or incomplete personal or contact details, impacting session preparation or delivery.

    • Client is dissatisfied with the outcome, insights, or recommendations from the session (as results depend on personal circumstances, interpretation, and participation).

    • Client fails to attend the session (no-show).

    • Client requests cancellation after the service has already started or been delivered.

    • Client fails to provide required details or pre-session forms within the given timeline, leading to cancellation.

    • Client fails to maintain required internet connectivity, device compatibility, or privacy/environment suitability for the online session.

    • If Healing Meets identifies misuse, unethical behaviour, or inappropriate conduct during communication or consultation.

    • If sessions are disrupted due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, platform disruptions). In such cases, rescheduling will be offered if feasible.

    • Where a client seeks multiple reschedules (more than once) for the same booking - further rescheduling will be at our discretion.

4. Session Format & Responsibility

  • Healing Meets provides guidance, insight, and support-based services, not medical, legal, or financial advisory. Any decisions made post-session are solely the responsibility of the client.

  • Consultations depend on client participation, openness, and readiness. Lack of engagement is not grounds for refund.

  • Astrology and therapy consultations are subjective. Refunds will not be given based on disagreement with interpretations, advice, or outcomes.

5. Technical & Operational Issues

  • If technical issues from our side (e.g., platform failure or consultant inability) disrupt your session - we will reschedule at no additional cost.

  • If technical issues at your end prevent session completion (e.g., unstable internet), rescheduling may be considered on a one-time basis only.

6. Modification & Discretion Clause

  • Healing Meets reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the specific circumstances of each case.

  • We may offer partial refunds, free rescheduling, or session credits in exceptional situations (e.g., documented medical emergency).

  • All decisions made by the Healing Meets team will be final and binding.
