Our Anxiety & Panic Recovery Support Group offers a safe, judgment-free space where you can openly share your experiences with others who truly understand. Guided by facilitators who have faced and managed their own anxiety, each session combines peer connection, practical coping strategies, and calming exercises designed to help you regain a sense of control. You’ll learn grounding techniques, explore triggers, and discover tools to manage anxious thoughts before they escalate. This is more than just talking — it’s about building resilience together. You’ll leave each session feeling supported, heard, and equipped with actionable strategies to help you navigate daily life with greater confidence and calmness.
